Refund policy

 


 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn/unused and within its original packaging and tags.

 

  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    Please include a note of your order information within the parcel.

     

    If you are returning goods from outside of the UK please mark the parcel as ‘RETURN OF GOODS’ to customs. Otherwise any customs duties charged to us for returning the goods back will be deducted from your refund.

     

    GVILTY is not responsible to for cost of returning the goods. This will be be the reasonability of the sender. We recommend you use a tracked or signed for service.


    The returned parcel must reach us within the 14 day period, should we receive it outside of the 14 day period the return will be declined.

    Damages and issues

     


    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (Within 48 Hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

     

     

    Please contact us at info@gvilty.com or on our contact us page to start the exchange process, this must be done within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

     

     

     

    Refunds

     

     

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

     

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

     

    If not approved, you will be contacted and the item(s) will be sent back to you.

     

    Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
